| We are looking for a press that will produce 10,000 brick per hour with a mold layout of 4 brick x 6 brick pattern at 400 to 500 metric tons of pressure. | Basic Machinery is in the process of designing a fly ash brick plant. We need a brick press capable of producing 10,000 brick per hour. The brick size is as follows: 193.7mm long by 92.1mm wide by 57.2mm high and weighs about 2kg. Each brick will have 3 core holes, 25mm diameter. We would like to press 24 brick per cycle in a 4 brick by 6 brick pattern at 400 tons to 500 tons of pressure. We are looking for a quotation for the press, ejector, shuttle, surge hopper, feeder and charging box. Please include automatic controls. We will take the brick away from the ejector discharge plate.
