Our equipment can produce high quality charcoal with cheap sawdust, milled grains and nut shells. Factory made coal has no smoke, no order, no contamination, its burning time is 3 times longer than that of ordinary coal. Carbon contents is 85% and more, calorie content is 7000-9000 ccal (various materials contain various coal, and various calorie value, respectively). This type of coal is applied in metallurgic and chemical industry, especially in food industry.
Briquettes has a hollow drum-like shape with smoke removal hole in the center. Specific heat of briquette combustion is 9000 ccal/kg

Raw materials – sieving (crumbling) – drying – preparation of hollow drums –carbonization – storing
Charcoal is used in non-ferrous metals industry and chemical industry Charcoal in non-ferrous industry is used as coating flux for melting of non-ferrous metals. Besides, charcoal is produced for production of crystal silicon as reducing agent, and also in production of carbon bisulphide and activated carbons. It is applied to obtain aluminum, boron etc.; in production of pure silicon used for making semiconductors; in chemical industry; as fuel for fireplace. It is also used in production of crystals, paints, electrodes, plastics. Production of charcoal yields side products in the form of wood resin (tar) that is used to make turpentine, edible acetic acid, rosin, methyl alcohol, alcohol solvents, etc.) As feed additive in animal breeding; As insulation materials in construction works, as charcoal is very hygroscpic and can absorb smells
Charcoal can be used in carbide production (sodium carbide, silicon carbide, etc) This Charcoal can, particularly be used for preparing food on grille, chargrill, etc. Charcoal used for these purposes is subjected to additional selection and sieving. At this specific requirements of the Customer are taken into account- for example, it is possible to select charcoal of a definite fraction, packing in the customer-chosen bags is also possible, etc. Charcoal is very popular as fuel for fireplaces, chargrills and similar devices, as unlike ordinary fuel (eg. firewood)charcoal at right firing do not cause smoke and open fire, but gives necessary temperature. What’s more, there’s no necessity to wait for afterburning of firewoods – charcoal is a ready fuel by itself. Steel and chemical industry requires 6000000 tons of briquettes/year.
Food industry requires 5000000 tons of briquettes/year
