The complex line can remove labels from bottles wash plastics (purity 99%, crush raw materials in accordance with eurostandard, dry raw materials
The production line consists of 15 units, the missing parts can be supplied. By customers order the line can be added as follows;
- conveyer for delivery of plastics to upper floors, or horizontal transportation to a distance up to 50 metes

This machine can carry the PET Flakes to the – heating boiler
- Mixing/heating boiler(electric powered):
Engine power –7.5 Kw,heating power – 40 kW, diameter –1900 mm, height –2500 mm.
In this machine PET Flakes are soaked,mixed and rinsed together with washing agent(detergent) added in tot water to dissolve the glue residue from the PET Flakes
- Material Exit Machine:
This machine carry the PET flakes out evenly from the boiler
- Abrasive(friction)rinser

This machine cleans off the dirt from the PET Flakes.
- Rinser
Engine power –3kW, Overall size - 4000x850x1050mm.
This machine uses clean water to fully rinse PET flakes.
- Dehydrator

Overall size - 2000x600x2600mm.
- Fan for sending materials

This machine can send the PET flakes to the Storage Silo.
- Electric Heating Machine

This machine can produce hot air to dry up the PET flakes via the bending pipes.
