The amount of melamine film is determined  by the Customer, it depends whether he uses melamine film for a single or double side of wood particle board. The grade of film has no importance, we can  design any changes in our machines. Butt end finishing film is supplied in drums,
Melamine for upper and lower surfaces is supplied in rolls. It is better to have homogeneous film, this makes it unnecessary to patch it, thus improving the quality. 1 sheet of 16mm wood particle board is 0.082 m3, so to produce one sheer it is necessary to have 0.097 m3 of wood and 78kg/m3 of glue.
There are more than 40 factories in China that produce phenol resins, each factory has its own brand. Our machinery can use any of them.
In order to calculate productivity of the production line and to convert meters into cubes it is necessary to take 100m3/day divided by 0.087 m3,
The size of one particle board 1870x2760x16:1000. Thus, the production line manufactures 1150-1200 of 16 mm wood particle boards
